Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
• Herstellung von und Arbeiten mit organischen und anorganischen Stoffen und Stoffgemischen, einschließlich der Analyse und Optimierung dieser Gemische. Die analytischen Methoden umfassen unter anderem pH- und Ionenstärkemessungen, spektroskopische Methoden (UV-Vis, IR, Fluoreszenz) und Mikroskopie.
• Bedienung und Überwachung von halbautomatischen Anlagen zur Herstellung von Nanoreaktor-Beads
• Eigenständige Durchführung von produktionsbegleitender Qualitätsprüfung und Lagerhaltung
• Dokumentation im produktionsinternen Datenbankmanagementsystem
• Unterstützung bei der Produktionsplanung und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktionsprozesses mit Ihrem Fachwissen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Expert:innen in der Beadentwicklung und unseren Ingenieur:innen, welche die Produktionsanlagen entwerfen
Und hierüber sollten Sie verfügen:
• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Chemie- oder Physik-Laborant:in oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Laborarbeit, eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise (GLP Bedingungen)
• Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
• gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, auch in englischer Sprache
• Fertigkeiten im Umgang mit mikrofluidischen Anlagen von Vorteil

To strengthen our team in the field of nanoreactor bead production we are looking for a production worker.
These tasks await you:
• Production of and working with organic and inorganic substances and substance mixtures, including the analysis and optimisation of these mixtures. Analytical methods include pH and ionic strength measurements, spectroscopic methods (UV-Vis, IR, fluorescence) and microscopy.
• Operating and monitoring of semi-automated equipment for the production of nanoreactor beads.
• Independent performance of production-accompanying quality inspection and stockkeeping
• Documentation in the internal production database management system
• Supporting production planning and the further development of our production process with your expertise
• Close cooperation with our experts in bead development and with our engineers who design the production facilities.
This is what you should bring to the table:
• Successfully completed vacational training as a chemistry or physics laboratory technician or equivalent
• Experience in laboratory work, a structured and precise way of working (GLP conditions)
• Flexibility and reliability
• Good communication and teamwork skills, also in English
• Experience in handling microfluidic equipment would be an advantage
